Go-Live starts as PROVISIONAL — a best guess from the sales handoff. While provisional, you can change it freely, no questions asked. Nothing about it is logged yet, because it isn't a commitment yet.

Once the customer agrees on a date (usually at kickoff — there's a "Confirm go-live date with customer" task in the Kickoff milestone that will prompt you), hit Confirm. The badge turns green and the date becomes the real commitment. Confirming is one-way — there's no going back to provisional. 🤝 Handoff works the same way: it starts provisional and has its own Confirm button.

After confirmation, Go-Live and 🤝 Handoff are the two dates that matter most. Changing either one asks for a reason, and the change is logged so your manager can see what moved and why.

The reference dates fill in automatically from Go-Live: Recon & Handoff Form = the last day of the go-live month, CSM Intro = 3 days after that, and Handoff = the 15th of the following month. You can still hand-edit any of them afterward.

Moving a confirmed Go-Live shifts everything downstream: the reference dates recompute automatically, and the milestones & tasks on the Gantt move with it.

The other dates (Kickoff, Recon, Handoff Form, CSM Intro) are reference points — edit them freely; they don't require a reason.

Dashboards show a small amber dot next to any go-live or handoff that's still provisional — a quick read on which timelines are real commitments and which are still guesses.

Go-Lives, Handoffs & Kickoffs count what's coming up in the next 14 days — a quick read on what's about to happen.

Most tiles are clickable — clicking one filters the Project Status list below. Off Track, At Risk & On Track filter by health; Blockers shows blocked projects; Go-Lives / Handoffs / Kickoffs filter to the next 14 days; Projects clears all filters.

In the table, GL Δ and Handoff Δ show how many times each date has moved and the latest reason. Click a column header to sort by most-changed; click a cell to see the full history.

The clock button (bottom-right) opens Recent Changes — a running feed of every Go-Live and Handoff move, newest first.

Each bar on the Gantt is a milestone, drawn from its start and end dates and colored by status.

To move a milestone, edit its dates in the Milestones & Tasks section below — the Gantt updates to match.

The vertical Go-Live and Handoff lines come from the Key Dates above, so you can see where each milestone falls relative to them.

Everything stays in sync: changing Go-Live recomputes the downstream dates and shifts the related milestones, which is reflected here.

Milestones are the major phases of the implementation. Each has a start and end date, and those dates draw the bars on the Timeline above.

Each milestone holds tasks. A milestone counts as complete when all its tasks are done — that's what drives the progress bars across the dashboards.

Edit a milestone's or task's dates here and everything stays in sync — the Timeline and the progress numbers update automatically.

Use Select all and Mark complete to close out several tasks at once.

Health is your quick read on a project: On Track (green), At Risk (orange), or Off Track (red). It's what the dashboards color-code and filter by.

Status describes where the project is in its lifecycle (Active, At Risk, Blocked, Completed, Archived).

Flag a blocker here to mark the project as blocked — it shows up in the Blockers tile and filter on every dashboard, so managers can spot it fast.

Whatever you set here flows straight to the dashboards and reports, so keeping it current is what makes the rest of the tool accurate.

The purple header is the project at a glance — health, Go-Live, Handoff, open items, milestone progress, and owner.

Key Dates sets the schedule; Timeline shows the milestone Gantt; Milestones & Tasks is the detailed plan; Status & Health is where you flag risk. Each section has its own ? for details.

The tabs up top switch between the internal Project Plan, Status (health + open items), the customer-facing Exec View, and Config.

It's all connected — changing Go-Live cascades to the reference dates and milestones, and everything you set here feeds the dashboards and reports.
